The residence is developed across a basement, ground floor, and attic, efficiently and simply meeting the needs of vacation living. The basement includes two autonomous units, each with a living area, bedroom, and bathroom, offering privacy and flexibility of use. The
ground floor is organized as an open-plan space with a cross-ventilated living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, while the attic hosts an additional bedroom with a private bathroom.

The use of natural materials and the clean, minimal form enhance the residence’s connection with its natural surroundings. The building’s volumes are subtly differentiated, while the combination of stone cladding with grey tones lends a contemporary yet familiar
character. Construction costs were kept to a minimum, making this a representative example of economical design without any compromise in material quality, functionality, or spatial aesthetics.
