MANSION REFURBISHMENT IN GALAXIDI

Preservation and restoration of an 1888 mansion house in Galaxidi. The house and the whole settlement are traditional and historically preserved.

Thus, the main goal of the architectural proposition was the celebration of the building art that produced this morphology, together with its functional restoration into a modern house.

Natural materials and color powders were used for the new wall coverings, the window frames are made of wood, and the drawings on the roofs and walls inside the house were preserved and restored.
