In a mountainous inaccessible area in western Greece, an existing stone-built building with two levels was renovated.
The intention of the project was to preserve the traditional morphology of the building and to host its new use. It is a typical example of renovating an existing house in a modern house without any discount on comfort and architectural design.
The open plan design gives unlimited flexibility in the use of the house while the ground floor from the first floor is connected by a hatchway staircase. All the spaces are designed to be simple and elegant both in their construction and their way of living:
Simplicity and prudent architectural solutions.
