It is a house the main uses of which are developed in two main floors while the ancillary uses are on the basement and the attic.

The uninterrupted sea South view was the main driver of the shell design with big openings towards the South and smaller in the North for thru ventilation and cooling of the building.

At the same time in the western part of the building was placed a solar chimney which with appropriate small opening windows inside the building sets, summer cooling and winter heating was conceived.

The bioclimatic approach to design of residence was strengthened by mechanical aspects, programming the infrustructure on the basis of the installation of solar panels on the roof of the building, the collection of rainwater and under floor heating system.

The methodology of composition of volumes of the building is based on the principle of removing smaller volumes from the bigger one with the pitched roof. A vertical level surface, from which “spills” a smaller cubic volume, at the north side of the building. A folding level that forms the terrace on the South side of the building.

Finally, the care and custody of the owners in the development and support of bioclimatic parameters in design of residence makes it an affordable and functional pot of life.
